Shipping & Delivery
At Lian Star Realty Sdn Bhd, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. Our shipping and delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific items you have ordered.
For orders within Sarikei, you can expect your package to arrive within 2 to 7 days of order confirmation. For orders outside of Sarikei, delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that packages will arrive between Monday and Saturday.
For customized sofa orders, production lead times may range from 10 to 90 working days, depending on the design and time of year.
Final delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you proceed to the payment gateway.

Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Choose your preferred slot when placing your order β our team will confirm availability.

Our team delivers and fully assembles your furniture at your home (Sarawak orders). Please ensure someone is present. A redelivery fee applies if no one is home.

π Before Delivery
Full payment must be received and verified before we schedule your delivery. Send your payment confirmation to us via WhatsApp to avoid delays.
Item arrived damaged? Photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not sign off on a delivery without noting any visible damage. We will arrange inspection and resolution as a priority.
