Care Instructions:

Rotate the mattress every 6-12 months for new mattress. For old mattress, rotate every 2-6 months.

Wash bed linens regularly. Do not place hot objects on any furniture surface, always use a plate or coaster when placing a warm pot on furniture.

Use a mattress protector they are one of the best and simplest ways to protect your bed’s longevity.

No jumping on the bed. Spring, water and air beds may be most prone to damage with rough wear, but foundations, frames and even foams can all wear down more quickly if you are hard on the mattress.

For orders within Sarikei, you can expect your package to arrive within 2 to 7 days of order confirmation. For orders outside of Sarikei, delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that packages will arrive between Monday and Saturday.
For customized sofa orders, production lead times may range from 10 to 90 working days, depending on the design and time of year.
Final delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you proceed to the payment gateway.

Delivery Zones and Charges
We offer free delivery and assembly for orders within Zone A (Sarikei Town and surrounding areas) with a minimum purchase of RM300 per order. For customers outside of Zone A, delivery charges may apply. Please refer to our delivery zone chart for more information on the applicable charges.
Shipping Options
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs and budget, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. For international orders, delivery times may also be affected by customs processing. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs. In the event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
Delivery Schedule
When placing your order, you may specify your preferred delivery day and time in the comment section. Our delivery service is available on Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays, with four slots available each day: morning, noon, afternoon, and evening. Our support officer will contact you to confirm or make arrangements for your preferred delivery slot after receiving your order and full payment. Please understand that our delivery slot bookings are subject to availability.
Same-Day Delivery
In some cases, we may be able to accommodate same-day delivery requests. Please contact us to discuss the availability of this service. Alternatively, you may arrange for a self-pickup from our showroom if you need to receive your item(s) on the same day that you place your order.
